BeautyDNA is your personal beauty profile, created by listening to you. It’s a beautifully useful blend of your skin type and concerns, sensitivity and stuff we know you'll just love. A completed BeautyDNA lets us fill your Super Match section with perfect product matches for each step of your skincare routine. Every product on the site will also show you a match score, helping you understanding whether a product is right for you.
A match score tells you how well we think a product will work for you and your skin’s unique needs.
Here’s how it works: we score each product against your skin concerns, skin sensitivity, skin type and personal preferences (like texture or scent). Each match score is personalised to you, helping you make a great choice. When your BeautyDNA profile is completed, you'll see the match score for each product, helping you make more informed decisions when shopping.
We use feedback from skincare enthusiasts, brilliant experts (like dermatologists) and science to train our matching algorithm, which offers 700k+ distinctive combinations. What we DON’T include is price, promotions or advertising claims.

Shipping & Order Tracking
For the moment, we only ship within the UK and that doesn’t include the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "It’s in the bag (and on the way 🚚)." This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

We offer two delivery options through Royal Mail: 1) Express 24h delivery - typically arrives within 1-2 business days. 2) Standard 48h delivery - typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs depend on the order and exact costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that your delivery may take longer to arrive during bank holidays (non-working days).
We currently only deliver to homes and offices within the UK and that doesn’t include the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Noli Rewards

One you have joined Noli Rewards, you’ll earn one point for every £1 you spend on noli.com.
You must be logged in to receive the points earned for any orders placed. If you place an order using Guest Checkout, you will not earn points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account later.
Points you earn will be based on your final order value. Points will not be issued for any shipping costs.

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to Noli Rewards under which reward points are awarded against qualifying purchases (the "Promotion"), a loyalty programme for customers with a Noli rewards account registered with Beauty Tech Lab Limited acting through its trading name Noli (“Noli”) ("Rewards Account"). Noli’s registered office is at 53 Chancery House, 64 Chancery Lane, London, United Kingdom, WC2A 1QS and its company number is 15307411.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before registering for the Promotion. By completing the registration form for the Promotion online, and by participating in the Promotion, the Participant (as defined below) and any representative of the Participant ("Representative"), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promotion may be operated by Noli or on its behalf by certain third party suppliers engaged by Noli for that purpose.
1.2. The Promotion shall continue until terminated by Noli in accordance with clause 7.
1.3. The Promotion is only open to customers of Noli with a Rewards Account (the "Participant(s)" and each a "Participant").
1.4. Unless Noli expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the definition of Participant excludes:
1.4.1. any and all current and previous employees of Beauty Tech Lab Limited (Company Number 15307411) or the immediate family members of such employees; and
1.4.2. any and all employees of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with the Promotion.
1.5. If there is any uncertainty as to who may be a Participant and who may take part in this Promotion, please contact the Noli Customer Service at [email protected] whose decision shall be final and binding.
1.6. All Rewards Accounts will be verified by Noli to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.7. The Promotion shall only apply to products purchased from Noli on the Website by the Participants.

1.9. Noli reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Promotion.
1.10. No third party or joint registrations will be accepted and only one registration per Participant will be accepted. Noli reserves the right to refuse, merge or close duplicate Rewards Accounts at any time.
1.11. Unless Noli expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the primary methods of communication in connection with the Promotion shall be via the website www.noli.com ("Website") and emails (depending on the contact information supplied at registration).
1.12. Following a Participant’s application approval by Noli, a Rewards Account will be opened where the Participant’s rewards and benefits will be collated involving account migration where necessary.
2. Participants
2.1. The Participant must:
2.1.1 be an individual acting in a personal capacity and not in the capacity of a company;
2.1.2. register to join the Promotion in accordance with clause 1.8; and
2.1.3. be aged 18 or over at the date the Participant registers for the Promotion (the "Promotion Joining Date"). Each anniversary of the Promotion Joining Date (each 12-month period) shall be termed a "Promotion Period".
2.2. It is a condition of entry to the Promotion that all information given at registration is true, current and full. It is the Participant's obligation to update (or ensure that the Representative updates) any information submitted upon registration and to ensure that the Participant's details (including its customer account details) remain accurate and up to date. All Incentives (as defined in clause 5.1) and communications that need to be sent to the Participant will be sent to the email address held in Noli’s central customer account database. Noli will not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions arising from the Participant's failure to update the information submitted or for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications. If the Participant (or its Representative) does contact Noli to update any details the Participant (or its Representative) will be asked certain security questions before amendments to the Rewards Account are made.
2.3. If the Participant (or its Representative) fails to provide all the requested and required information (including any security information) as detailed in clause 2.2, the Participant may be disqualified and withdrawn from the Promotion and in such circumstances all points accrued within the Rewards Account will be withdrawn.
2.4. Noli is not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, unclear or incomprehensible entries to the Promotion. Such entries will be void.
2.5. It is the Participant's responsibility to keep secure any information that might identify the Participant and/or its Representative and allow access to the Participant's Rewards Account. Neither Noli nor its agents shall be responsible or liable in any way if a person is not able to redeem any Points (as defined in clause 4.1) as a result of the Participant and/or the Representative not taking proper care and security of the Participant's Reward Account details.
3. Membership and Associated Benefits
3.1. Each Participant shall be awarded membership to the Promotion on registering for the Promotion, provided none of the exclusions detailed in these conditions apply.
3.2. All Participant Qualifying Spend and accrued Points (as defined in clause 4.1) will be gathered and shown on the Website in the Participant’s Rewards Account.
3.3. Participants will be able to obtain additional points through exclusive promotions and the level of Points to be awarded on these promotions will be detailed within the relevant promotion terms and conditions.
3.4. It is the responsibility of the Participant to notify Noli of missing or unallocated Points (as defined in clause 4.1) at [email protected] and to provide evidence of the same to Noli as soon as possible.
4. Collecting Points and Incentives
4.1. Subject to clauses 4.2 and 4.5, Participants will receive reward points for every £1 spent on Qualifying Spend (“Points”) which can be exchanged for Incentives (as defined at clause 5.1 below). Full details on how points are awarded can be found on https://noli.com/me/rewards.
4.2. "Qualifying Spend" being purchases of products on Noli’s Website and purchased through the Participants Rewards Account. Qualifying Spend only includes actual spend with Noli and any refunds or discounts that the Participant benefits from will not count towards the calculation of such Qualifying Spend and the award of Points.
4.3. Spend on certain products may be excluded from the Promotion at the discretion of Noli.
4.4. Points will only be awarded from the Promotion Joining Date.
4.5. Noli:
4.5.1. reserves the right to revise and change the Points earned referred to in this clause 4 from time to time; and
4.5.2. may from time to time award additional Points on certain products during time limited promotional periods ("Enhanced Points Promotion"). The terms set out in Schedule 1 shall apply to Enhanced Points Promotions in addition to the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
4.6. After shopping online with Noli, Points will automatically be uploaded to the Participant’s Rewards Account following authorised payment of the Qualifying Spend.
4.7. If a Participant requires a refund on any spend made which was included within the Qualifying Spend (even after the expiry of the relevant Promotion Period), Noli will deduct the value of the refund from the Qualifying Spend (the "Deducted Qualifying Spend") and any Points that were awarded in relation to that Deducted Qualifying Spend shall be deducted from the Participant's Points total in their Reward Account (the "Deducted Points") following acceptance by Noli of the refund.
4.8. If prior to the Participant receiving an Incentive (as defined at clause 5.1 below) any Deducted Points takes the Participant's Points total within its Rewards Account below the required Points threshold for the Incentive, Noli reserves the right to cancel the Incentive which the Participant previously qualified for. The Points that had been exchanged for an Incentive will then be returned to the Rewards Account.
4.9. Noli reserves the right to refuse to allocate Points to any transaction which it has reason to believe it is a fraudulent transaction. Noli’s decision as to which spend by a Participant will and will not count towards the Qualifying Spend shall be binding on the Participant and final.
4.10. All Incentives are subject to availability, amendment or withdrawal by Noli at any time without prior notice.
4.11. Noli will not exchange any Points for cash, and the Promotion is non-transferrable.
4.12. Noli (and/or its agents) will record all Qualifying Spend for the relevant Promotion Period and the corresponding Points that have accrued in connection with that Qualifying Spend in the Rewards Account. Points will be updated in the Rewards Account on a regular basis.
4.13. Noli and its agents reserve the right to correct any mistakes that are made in respect of the Qualifying Spend and/or the number of Points issued to the Participant but recommends that the Participant keeps records of its transactions so that it (or the Representative) can check that the information held is accurate. Any queries in connection with the number of Points accrued should be presented in writing to Noli at the email address in clause 3.4 [email protected].
4.14. Participants must have enough Points to meet the full value of the Incentive. Participants cannot make part payment of Points towards an Incentive. Redeemed Points cannot be used again and the Participant's Rewards Account balance will be reduced to reflect the number of Redeemed Points.
4.15. In the event that a credit note or refund is issued to a Participant, Noli shall be entitled to subsequently reduce the number of Points accrued to the Participant's Rewards Account or (if already redeemed) clawback the value of the relevant Points from future accruals of Points.
4.16. If a full refund of an order is issued to a Participant and the Participant has redeemed an Incentive on this order, the Participant will be refunded the Incentive to their Rewards Account. The replacement Incentive will have the same expiration date as the redeemed Incentive that is being replaced.
4.17. If a partial refund of an order is issued to a Participant and the Participant has redeemed an Incentive on this order, the Participant will not be refunded the Incentive to their Rewards Account.
4.18. The Participant is the holder of its Points and is responsible for their security. Noli is the overall owner of all Points and they remain its property at all times, until the Participant redeems an Incentive on a purchase of Noli products on the Website.
4.19. The Participant cannot transfer, sell or use its Points for any purpose except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions. If the Participant attempts to transfer Points in any way that is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions Noli reserves the right to take such action against the Participant as it considers appropriate.
4.20. Noli reserves the right to modify the details or dates of any Incentives or the Promotion without prior notice at any time and for any reason.
4.21. Noli further reserves its right to substitute any Incentive with an incentive/reward of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
5. Incentives
5.1. Participants will receive credit to their Reward Account to be used against purchases for products on the Website when the Participant’s Rewards Account reaches the number of Points required to receive credit (“Incentive”). The Participant’s Rewards Account will be deducted by the required number of Points in exchange for the Incentive (“Redeemed Points”).
5.2. The number of Points payable for each Incentive is shown on the Website and may be amended at any time prior to the Participant receiving a particular Incentive.
5.3. The Incentive can only be redeemed on orders made on the Website with a value greater than the value of the Incentive. For example, if a Participant receives a credit of £5 to their Rewards Account, this can only be redeemed on an order with a total value of £5.01 or greater.
5.4. The Incentive may change. The Participant acknowledges and understands that all Incentives may be withdrawn or cancelled by Noli (in its absolute discretion) without notice.
5.5. Incentives must be redeemed within 3 calendar months of the date they were credited to the Rewards Account. All Points will expire and be removed from the Rewards Account 12 calendar months from the date they were credited to the Account. The Participant will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from Noli and/or its agents in connection with those forfeited in accordance with this clause 5.4.
5.6. Despite the efforts of Noli and/or its agents, some Incentives advertised on the Website may have been attributed with an incorrect value (i.e. the number of Points payable for that Incentive). If this is the case Noli and/or its agent will contact the Participant or the Representative (if any) and determine how best to proceed. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no obligation on Noli to provide Incentives for the number of Points advertised where such an error has been made, whether by Noli, an agent or any other third party.
5.7. Once redeemed, the Incentive cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or in any way traded. The Incentive cannot be used for third party entertainment or gifted or awarded to a third party.
5.8. Incentives shall only be permitted to be redeemed if on the date of redeeming the Incentive the Participant’s Reward Account has not been suspended by Noli due to non-payment/legal issues.
6. Liability
6.1. Subject to clause 6.2:
6.1.1. Noli shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Participant, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for: (i) any acts or failures of any third party; or (ii) for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Promotion or the participation in the Promotion by any Participant; and
6.1.2. Noli accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the negligence of Noli, its servants or agents out of or in connection with this Promotion except where caused by wilful neglect of Noli, its employees or agents.
6.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Noli’s liability for:
6.2.1. death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Noli, its employees or agents;
6.2.2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
6.2.3. any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Noli to exclude or restrict liability.
6.3. The Participant indemnifies Noli (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) for all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or arising from:
6.3.1. any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant;
6.3.2. the delivery of any Incentive;
6.3.3. the acceptance of any Incentive;
6.3.4. the use of any Incentive; and/or
6.3.5. the misuse of any Incentive.
7. Termination
7.1. Noli reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, withdraw or alter the Promotion and any Incentive in whole or in part at any time, including these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice or compensation and the Participant's right to use any accumulated Points will be forfeited and the Participant will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from Noli, its agents or any third party.
7.2. Noli may terminate the Participant's participation in the Promotion and cancel or suspend any Points in the Participant's Rewards Account by notifying the Participant and/or the Representative (if any) in writing if Noli reasonably believes that the Participant and/or the Representative:
7.2.1. has acted in a way that harms Noli, any of its agents or the Promotion;
7.2.2. has engaged in any illegal or fraudulent activities;
7.2.3. has collected or redeemed Points dishonestly or in a way that breaches these Terms and Conditions;
7.2.4. has acted in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any of Noli employees or any of its agents' employees;
7.2.5. has knowingly provided false or misleading information at any time in relation to the Participant's participation in the Promotion;
7.2.6. has breached or attempted to breach any of the terms relating to the Participant's Rewards Account; and/or
7.2.7. has had a zero balance on its Rewards Account for a consecutive 12 month period.
7.3. In the event that the Participant's Rewards Account is withdrawn from the Promotion or is terminated at Noli’s discretion, the Participant's right to use any accumulated Points will be forfeited and the Participant will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from Noli, its agents or any third party. The Participant’s Rewards Account shall be withdrawn or terminated if Noli suspects fraud or for non-payment of products purchased on the Website.
7.4. The Participant or the Representative can choose to withdraw the Participant's participation in the Promotion at any time by contacting the Promotion Administrator by email at [email protected] . Any accumulated Points not claimed by the date of withdrawal shall be forfeited and the Participant will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from Noli and/or its agents.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
8.1. Noli will process the personal data of Participant’s and other individuals in accordance with its privacy notice.
8.2. The Participant acknowledges that Noli may contact the Participant to participate in future publicity or PR activities, which may involve taking photographs.

10. General Conditions
10.1. These Terms and Conditions replace all previous versions and are correct as at the date indicated on page 1 above. Noli reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and/or the Cookie Policy at any time. Participants who continue to participate in the Promotion following any such amendments will be considered to have accepted such updated documents.
10.2. Any advice or actions of Noli employees or the employees of any of the agents engaged in connection with the Promotion, that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of amending these Terms and Conditions.

Noli (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or be liable for any disruption to the Promotion, an Incentive, or any delay in performing or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such disruption, delay or failure results from events beyond the reasonable control of Noli. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, adverse weather, fire, flood, computer virus, mobile phone failures, bugs, sabotage, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion or unrest, terrorism or supervening legislation.

10.6. No one other than Noli and the Participant, their successors and permitted assignees, shall have any right to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion.
10.9. The Participant's statutory rights are not affected by any of the above Terms and Conditions.
